We provide support request by email only. Please email us at for all support request. Request must include the facility name, inmate name, and inmate ID. Request without these details will not be serviced.

In an effort to quickly respond to your inquiry, please refrain from multiple emails. Support requests are attended to within two business days. Request received during the weekend or on holidays will be attended to on the first business day following the holiday or weekend. Support hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
